Job Description:

2. NATURE & SCOPE

  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate services/product development ideas
  • Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business
  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth
  • Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call
  • Need to have a basic knowledge for promotion & selling of services, also has to manage existing & New clients.
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets/Clients.

 

Requirements of the role

  • Candidate must be good with preparing corporate presentations, interested in working in healthcare setup.
  • Must have zeal of working in a corporate/business focused environment
  • Excellent in preparing PPT’s & hands-on Excel knowledge
  • Excellent negotiation skills, interested in selling business
  • Smart & Enthusiastic to learn new strategies of healthcare business.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads will be added advantage.

4. PROFILE (Education & Experience)

  • Should be organized and possess good communication skills
  • Should be able to work with limited resources, yet keeping high ambitions
  • Degree in MBA-Marketing.
  • Having 2 to 3 years of work experience in healthcare and patient relationship segment in a reputed organization will be an added advantage.
  • Ready to Travel for client meetings and training.

B2B or corporate sales experience in healthcare industry is proffered
