- The Marketing Manager is responsible for sales within their territories,
- Each marketing managers have appx. 150 customers and these 150 customers are further divided among 4 – 5 /domastic Sales Coordinator.
- The marketing manager does the promotional activities and in this process he gets development/orders from customers which are then passed on to respective Sales Coordinator, it is then their Job to follow up with sampling, production and logistic dept to get the materials delivered on time.
- The basic role of coordinator is to satisfy all queries coming from Customer/within organization because he 1 point contact between the both.
